We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with over five years'marketing management experience in land development to lead the marketing of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing and Branding
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to position masterplanned land subdivisions effectively in the market.
Lead branding initiatives, ensuring consistent representation of Golden Group's identity across all platforms and campaigns.
Project-Specific Campaign Management
Design, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns for masterplanned land subdivisions, focusing on lead generation, buyer engagement, and driving sales performance.
Ensure all marketing materials, including brochures, videos, digital content, and display suite materials, are produced to the highest standard.
Digital and Online Presence
Manage the company's digital footprint, including SEO, paid media campaigns, and social media marketing.
Monitor performance, optimize efforts to attract potential buyers and investors, and continually refine strategies based on analytics.
Market Research and Insights
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, buyer behaviors, and new opportunities.
Use insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Stakeholder and Agency Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, development, design) to ensure marketing efforts align with project milestones and business goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and other partners to deliver high-quality marketing content.
Sales and Marketing Integration
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales targets.
Support project launches, manage display suite strategies, and coordinate community events to engage potential buyers.
Budget and Performance Management
Oversee the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Community Engagement and PR
Lead PR initiatives to promote projects, enhance community relations, and manage crisis communications when necessary.
Build relationships with local communities to ensure positive project acceptance and strengthen the company's brand reputation.
The Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience in a marketing role within the property sector, with a focus on land subdivisions or similar projects.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
