About the Position

As we look to welcome audiences, team members and artists back into our transformed spaces, the Project Manager, Operational Readiness will play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful process and outcome.

This position will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of reinstatement activities — returning equipment, furniture, productions, and critical operations into place, testing systems, and ensuring ACM is fully operational for reopening.

Working alongside the Reimagining team, stakeholders, and project partners, the successful candidate will help deliver a seamless transition from construction to operational excellence, ensuring ACM’s spaces are secure, functional, and performance ready.

Full-time fixed-term position to March 2027. Salary band 4.3 $114,173.28 p.a. plus superannuation.

Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Tertiary qualification in one or more of the following disciplines – Project Management, Production Management, Engineering or extensive construction management experience, Logistics Management
- Proven experience managing complex reinstatement, operational readiness or other similar transition projects within active, public-facing environments
- Demonstrated success coordinating large-scale logistics, site readiness or operational projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisation, time management and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Background in live performance, venue operations, production management or major infrastructure projects
- Confident presenting complex information to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Aconex or similar project management platforms
