We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Executive – Customer Experience to join our Retail Marketing team at Stockland Hervey Bay. In this part time role, you’ll help activate engaging customer experiences and bring localised marketing campaigns to life to support the centre’s success. This role is on‑site three days each week to collaborate with the team.

Marketing Executive – Customer Experience who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and enjoys connecting with diverse customer groups.
What You’ll Do
* Support the activation of shopping centre campaigns and localised marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and centre strategy.
* Deliver engaging social media content and support the management of digital channels to promote events, offers, and centre experiences.
* Build a strong understanding of the customer demographic, translating insights into meaningful on‑site and online experiences.
* Collaborate with centre teams and stakeholders to ensure the centre is represented consistently and professionally.
* This is a part time position, working 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm, on a 10-month fixed term contract covering parental leave.
About You
You’re someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences and understands the importance of knowing the customer. You bring strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and genuine passion for community‑driven marketing. You thrive in an environment where you manage multiple priorities and contribute to a positive team culture.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Marketing background with an ability to understand customer strategy and local area marketing.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable with coordinating and publishing social content and updating website content via CMS
