As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting our Head Chef in leading our energising kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences, while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
The venue will be open for a 7-day trade from December throughout summer, for lunch and dinner. Your roster might include evenings and weekends shifts, based on your availability.
