Our Real Estate & Places team supports the growth and regeneration of cities by helping clients navigate real estate and place strategies, projects, and transactions.
Your Opportunity – Associate Director
The Associate Director role will play a key role in supporting market opportunities:
* Supporting large-scale urban renewal projects with commercial and financial advice.
* Delivering precincts tied to complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
* Managing client engagements, coaching junior staff, and developing client resources to support market growth.
* Assisting clients in asset assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement to support financial, commercial, and corporate objectives.
* Collaborating with KPMG specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions.
Our team is embedded within the Infrastructure, Asset & Places group, with experience across all aspects of the real estate and place life cycle and connections to KPMG's wider service offering.

**Your Experience**

* Career experience across or interest in real estate, mixed-use development, place, and placemaking environments with a focus on investment and decision-making areas.
* Providing strategic, commercial, financial advice, and developing financial models.
* Preparing briefing documentation for tenders, submissions, investor memorandums, running financial models, supporting transaction strategy, and analysis.
* Preparing client deliverables, business cases, feasibility studies, reports, presentations, or financial assessments to support client outcomes.
* Recent professional experience in corporate advisory, management consultancy, or similar environments.
