Job Description The responsibilities of the role will include but won't be limited to the following: Build and maintain a strong, high‑margin sales pipeline by identifying and securing project‑based opportunities across sectors such as education, mining, health, and government infrastructure this includes proactive market engagement, identifying upcoming projects early, and designing modular solutions to suit client needs and timelines. Development of major bids and tender submissions by shaping bid strategy, coordinating input from internal stakeholders (sales, operations, design, and leadership), and influencing outcomes through compelling value propositions. Provide clear market intelligence, forecasting, and project updates to executive leadership, and represent the organisation at industry events to enhance brand presence. The Successful Applicant The successful individual will demonstrate the below: Previous experience in a similar or equivalent role, with demonstrated experience in B2B sales is essential. Demonstrated experience within modular buildings, asset hire or deep experience within an operating vertical that provides an extensive network beyond the existing reach of the organisation. Exposure to bid/tender management is highly desirable.
