Role Description

This is a part-time (20-hrs per week), hybrid and flexible role for an Executive Assistant located in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and executive support to the leadership team, manage schedules, organise meetings, handle expense reports and basic accounting, and coordinate office operations, and provide additional support to the head of the company as required. The role involves maintaining efficient communication, arranging travel logistics, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative functions.

Qualifications

* Strong skills in Executive, Administrative and Personal Assistance to support the effective functioning of the Managing Partner
* Highly responsive, dependable and trustworthy
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in preparing, managing, and tracking Expense Reports
* Basic understanding of corporate and private health insurance reimbursement process
* Experience in Executive Support to handle schedules, correspondence, and coordination
* Understanding of travel tools, booking processes and travel point and reward systems
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency with related software tools, such as AI (Claude and Co-Pilot), calendar management and Microsoft Office applications
* Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with technology or consultancy industries is a plus
* Must reside within a 20-minute commute from Brighton, Victoria
