The Beauty Gallery is seeking a Salon Co-ordinator to join our team in Woodvale, WA on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our busy beauty salon, ensuring the smooth running of the business and providing exceptional customer service.
About the role
- Greeting and welcoming clients, and managing the reception area
- Scheduling appointments and managing the salon's booking
- Coordinating the salon team and delegating tasks as required
- Handling client enquiries and bookings, both in person and over the phone
- Assisting with stock management
- Ensuring the salon environment is clean, organised and welcoming at all times
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry, past beauty experience would be beneficial but not essential
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
