The Role
We’re currently on the lookout for a dedicated Liquids Plant Operator / Driver to join our team at Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, perfect for someone who’s hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in the waste management industry.
You’ll be involved in operating our Liquid Treatment Plant, helping to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of liquid waste materials.
What You Will Do
- Operate and monitor the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant
- Carry out sampling and basic testing of liquid waste
- Operate equipment as instructed, ensuring waste meets specifications for disposal or recovery
- Work closely with Plant Team Leaders to manage day-to-day waste processing activities
- Maintain clear and accurate records of operational processes
- Ensure required supplies and tools are available to support plant operations
- Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, starting from 4:00 AM
- Some overtime may be required on an ad-hoc basis
