THE ROLE - Team Leader 3PL Warehousing
Join a growing logistics team in a full-time, permanent Team Leader 3PL Warehousing role based in Berrinba. This opportunity suits someone experienced, organised, and committed to smooth day-to-day operations.
As a Team Leader 3PL Warehousing, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities in the warehouse.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervise warehouse staff, allocate resources to transport, and manage daily workloads
* Oversee receivals, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control
* Ensure compliance with WHS and SOPs
* Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team
* Report on productivity, inventory accuracy, and service performance
* Act as first point of escalation for 3PL operational issues
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* Experience in 3PL warehouse operations
* Supervisory or team leader experience
* Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems
* Competent and confident constructing email responses
* Counterbalance and high reach forklift licence required
* Hands-on leadership, safety-focused, detail-oriented
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
