What You'll Lead
* Coordinating workflow, resources & daily production targets
* Mentoring and developing a motivated crew
* Ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery
* Problem-solving on the floor, not from an office
* Communicating with planning, sales & dispatch
* Maintaining a clean, high-standards environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as Leading Hand / Senior Tradesperson
* Minimum 2-3 years of Leading Hand or Senior Tradesperson experience required
* Strong communication and people‑leadership skills
* Calm under pressure — solutions-focused, not blame-focused
* Ability to set pace and lift team performance
* High standards in safety, quality and housekeeping
* Trade background in sheet metal / fabrication highly regarded
* Completed trade qualification preferred but not essential
* Australian work rights essential for this position
