To be successful, applicants must demonstrate:
* Australian work rights
* Recognised qualification or degree in Early Childhood Education
* NESA Teacher Accreditation (for qualified teachers)
* Valid NSW Working with Children Check
* Completed training in Child Protection legislation
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates (for Diploma and teacher-qualified applicants)
* Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
* Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks
