Administration Officer / Receptionist
Part‐time 0.8 FTE position with potential for Full Time. Reporting to the Business & Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the reception team to provide friendly and welcoming customer service support to staff, parents, students, and visitors.
* Provide administrative support across the College including routine correspondence, general word processing, and processing financial transactions.
* Assist the receptionist in maintaining absentee records and notifying parents as per school policy and procedures.
* Create and publish works in accordance with policies, guidelines and College records‐management processes.
* Oversee office operations and workflow and assist with supervision of reception staff.
* Provide Executive Assistant support to the Principal in the absence of the EA.
* Record meeting minutes and action items concisely and accurately.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
* Relevant experience within a compliance, regulatory or administrative role.
* Demonstrated proficiency in online systems administration.
* Ability to deliver high‐quality work in a busy environment.
* Current first aid qualification, or willingness to obtain one.
Salary
The salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
