The Daisy's team consists of over 200 people, working across 9 stores and 4 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay and Colac.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Driver to join our Geelong store team on a casual basis.
The role
As a Store Driver your key responsibilities will be:
Deliver garden, building and landscaping supplies to customers, mostly around Geelong and the Surf Coast
Drive a medium or heavy rigid truck
Operate mobile equipment in the sales yard (if competent)
Maintain sales yard and truck presentation & cleanliness
Hours of the role
Store is open Monday to Saturday.
No shift work.
Skills & experience
The successful applicant will be someone who:
Holds a current MR or HR license with a safe driving record (clean driving record for the last 2 years)
Must have previous truck driving experience
Can form friendly and positive customer relationships
Has reasonable knowledge of greater Geelong
Competencies and experience operating a forklift and/or front-end loader advantageous
