The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Expert to accelerate our global expansion by hiring exceptionally skilled professionals who excel in their craft. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 3+ years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition working within tech or startups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Talent Acquisition process, managing the talent pipeline from role definition, drafting job descriptions, advertising, screening, and nurturing candidates through the process with a seamless experience.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to lead the initial stages (1-2) of the hiring process by filtering applications and conducting screening calls across multiple roles.
* Optimize the interview process to identify top-caliber talent by developing situational, behavioral, cultural, and values-based question banks.
* Support hiring managers in designing role-related tasks, challenges, and take-homes during the process.
* Activate headhunting mode when necessary for niche technical roles, identifying and nurturing top talent profiles, building pipelines across product and engineering teams.
* Assist hiring managers in benchmarking elite talent profiles, helping them understand exceptional talent from good performers.
* Support the Head of People in implementing talent tools, processes, and systems.
* Nurture relationships with tech startup professionals; product managers, engineers, clinicians, sales, operations, customer experience specialists, to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
* Enhance our employer brand through creative initiatives, representing us across various platforms, such as conferences, networking events, community meetups, blogs, social media, videos, etc.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record of 3+ years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition working within tech or startups.
* Experience managing the entire hiring process, from activating the talent funnel to role scoping, CV screening, interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
* A super-connector with excellent communication skills, able to build rapport and nurture relationships.
* Knowledge about hiring technical roles is desirable, particularly in product and engineering, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Comfortable using headhunting tactics and cold outreach when needed to build candidate pipelines against talent gaps.
* Pace and urgency in work are essential; someone who is execution-focused and can deliver results despite chaos and ambiguity.
* Ability to identify high-caliber talent and passion for building a high-performance culture.
* Self-motivated, highly competitive, driven by hitting numbers and developing deep relationships with empathy and commercial acumen.
* Capable of working autonomously with high accountability to meet talent acquisition requirements and hiring goals.
