Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop in-depth understanding of customer business, organization, strategy, and IT roadmap to establish strong advisory relationships with key decision makers.
2. Lead SAP Premium Engagement services contract and its successful renewal: establishing engagement and governance frameworks, developing service plans, resourcing and project-managing services delivery, achieving customer outcomes, and managing contract financials and renewal activities.
3. Drive resolution of Top Risks & Issues and critical customer escalations, engaging appropriate customer and partner stakeholders, SAP product support, Engineering teams, and De-Escalation experts as necessary.
4. Own customer satisfaction and referenceability, aligning and triggering customer surveys, acting on feedback from survey results, and advocating for customers within SAP. Develop a joint plan towards the customer becoming a reference and drive the creation of reference assets.
5. Contribute to overall account strategy as part of Virtual Account Team, identifying growth opportunities, participating in account planning, and collaborating across SAP teams engaged on the account.
6. Prepare and present value realisation and operational status reports to customers; perform internal reporting and governance activities.
7. Participate in internal projects matching career aspirations at SAP and actively contribute to Premium Engagement Services community in ANZ, mentoring less experienced team members.

* Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders in large companies
* Business mindset understanding all functions within typical businesses
* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills considering creative options and diverse perspectives
* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Business, Commerce, Engineering or similar
