About the role:
* Lead technical expert, project manager, and team coordinator within a top-tier Dispute Resolution Practice
* Advise on all aspects of employment and immigration law, including drafting agreements and managing workplace investigations
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and Supreme Court matters
* Support business development through client seminars, marketing events, and contributing to employment and immigration know-how
* Manage junior lawyers, fostering their professional development with partner support
The ideal candidate:
* Qualified lawyer (solicitor or barrister) with 8+ years PQE in employment law in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
* Strong academic background
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members
* Advocacy experience in employment law matters is highly desirable
* Enthusiastic about developing further as an advocate
