Role Description:
The Implementation Support Officer - Casual, will support the Implementation Manager with a variety of data-led tasks to ensure timely and accurate customer data implementation. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and customers is required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implementation Support:
1. Assist new customers with end-to-end implementations, including:
* Duplicating, updating, configuring and entering customer data, database sets and employee information into the Clockon system.
*Entering YTD leave balances, allowances and other customer data with great attention to detail
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum educational qualification Yr10, with a TAFE qualification in Business Administration, project management or Technology related field highly regarded.
2. Prior experience in customer support, software or technology implementation, or training roles will be highly regarded.
3. Proficiency and/or demonstrable ability to rapidly master the use of tools and systems such as MS 360 Suite, Freshdesk, and the ClockOn software suite.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team or solo as required.
5. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Knowledge of software implementation processes is an advantage.
