Your Opportunity
Our Lismore Service Centre has an excellent career opportunity for a full‑time Member Relationship Officer – Loans. The position involves assisting walk‑in members and those interacting through our contact centre via phone and online channels regarding loans and related products.
Role
* Deliver efficient and professional service to members through the Service Centre, Contact Centre, and online channels.
* Assist with enquiries and provide information on all product and service offerings, including deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, personal loans, and wealth management, with a particular focus on lending products.
* Create opportunities to provide a total solution for members' financial needs.
* Efficiently process member transactions.
* Perform associated administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate and timely records in various systems.
Your Profile
* Consistent advocate of the G&C Mutual Bank brand.
* Results‑oriented with the capacity to identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Well‑organised and able to prioritise effectively.
* Proactive and able to work well independently when required.
* Communicates confidently with a broad customer group (face‑to‑face and over the phone).
* Tier II Accredited (desirable).
* Has proven lending experience (both personal and mortgages).
