**About The Role**
Monash Health is the largest integrated health service in Melbourne and has world renowned research and teaching facilities. The Cognitive, Dementia and Memory service sits within Monash Health Community. The role will support the Manager of the Specialist Clinics in the operational and clinical management of the service. It will focus on innovative models of service delivery that are focused on best practice and patient centred care and will work collaboratively with management to support change and service improvement initiatives.

You are an experienced clinician with experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team. **What you need**
- Bachelor of relevant Allied Health/Nursing Degree
- Demonstrated experience in leading a multidisciplinary team with at least 7 years post qualifying experience
- _ Completion of a post graduate qualification in dementia care or working towards(desirable)_
