On September 26th, 2025 we are opening a all day bar & dinning room in the newly renovated, multi-award-winning Burnside Village, located in the heart of Adelaide's eastern suburbs.
Our venue will operate brunch, lunch, aperitivo and dinner, specialising in fresh pasta crafted in our purpose-built commercial pasta kitchen facility.
Our site is Strategically positioned on a prominent corner at a main entrance to the high fashion shopping precinct, alongside prestigious luxury brand retailers, and will be the premier hospitality experience in Burnside Village.

We are highly respected operators in the Adelaide Italian food scene over the last 30 years with and have a loyal following with high expectations. This will be our 28th Hospitality venue and a very sophisticated flagship modern Italian restaurant and bar, delivering traditional Italian flavours and food, showcasing the latest dishes from Italy matched with extensive wine list and traditional cocktails in our horseshoe bar
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our FOH team and work in unison with the head chef. .This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep knowledge and experience in creating strong team culture, high standards and a respectful work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including front and assist with back of house
Hire, train, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding service
Monitor financial performance: manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that reflects our brand values
Collaborate with head chef and ownership/upper management on marketing and growth initiatives
Requirements:
3+ years of management experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory, and scheduling
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
