The opportunity As the National Bid Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for leading the bid team to support the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new projects. Lead and monitor the strategy for all tender documentation, design and delivery Design and implement processes, guides and resources to support best practice bid production across the business Manage, develop and coordinate the bid team Evaluate tender requirements and coordinate tender responses and other client prospect pitch materials Develop and drive tender timelines, coordinate internal stakeholders, facilitate tender team meetings Develop bid and tender processes and resources including templates, standard content; including research and write non-technical or standard content; produce graphics, charts and tables Support and train Hindmarsh team members in the bid and tender processes and templates To be considered, you will possess the following skills and experience: Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field eg Business, Communications, Marketing Experience preparing bids & tenders in the Construction industry Experience managing a team Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign, Adobe Creative Leadership skills Excellent time management and planning skills Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders High degree of resilience to the stresses of complexity and time pressure Video
