We are seeking a seasoned 
Drainage Engineer 
to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. As a key member of our water resources group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch drainage projects across various sectors, including transport and defense. 
About the Role: 
Manage and deliver local drainage projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery. 
Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to project delivery across diverse markets. 
Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters; collaborate across engineering disciplines. 
Apply drainage engineering expertise to contribute to project design and delivery in multiple markets. 
Lead client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. 
Develop project leadership and design management skills while influencing office culture. 
Qualifications and Skills: 
Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering & CPEng (highly regarded). 
Strong client focus, high level of motivation, and dedication, with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and communicate with various stakeholders. 
An appetite for fast-paced project delivery, and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. 
Ideal experience with drainage modeling and design packages such as DRAINS, HEC-RAS, RORB, XPRAFTS, URBS, 12d, MUSIC, GoldSim, IQQM, TUFLOW, etc. 
Good working knowledge of ARR 2019, TMR Drainage Manual, and QUDM.
