How to apply and for mandatory requirements regarding this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.ResponsibilitiesProvide and maintain a highly responsive and effective administrative support and customer service function to the 24-hour Emergency Department Reception.Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff in the department.About The TeamThe Emergency Department (ED) is a level 4 (Clinical Services & Capabilities Framework).
The ED provides 24-hour 365-day service for the reception, assessment, treatment, observation, admission and discharge of adults and children with urgent and non-urgent illnesses.About Our Hospital And Health ServiceMackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff.
