CELOTTI Workforce is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale projects across the region.
This site-based role, working on a 5/2 and 4/3 roster, offers a rare opportunity to combine hands-on HR support with operational involvement, partnering closely with project leaders to drive workforce engagement, performance, and compliance. You’ll provide practical advice on employee relations, onboarding, and training while fostering a positive team culture in a dynamic and fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR advice and support to site leaders and employeesManage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters in line with company policyCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation processesSupport workforce planning, training, and development initiativesMaintain and update HR records, contracts, and compliance documentationDrive employee engagement and promote a positive team culture on siteAssist with reporting, audits, and policy implementation
Our Ideal Candidate:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or similar disciplineDemonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator role, ideally within construction, mining, or resources industriesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced, site-based environmentSound understanding of Fair Work, EBA, and workplace relations legislation
