* Before receiving your Physiotherapist AHPRA registration, the opportunity exists to work directly in a full or part time capacity with our principal physio as an Allied Health Assistant, commencing late November 2025 until you receive your registration. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your confidence, skills and hit the ground running as a new graduate (As the principal Physio at CWAH, I would have relished this opportunity when I freshly graduated)
* Upon registration, you will receive DAILY 1-1 mentoring with our Principal Physiotherapist (who is also a training Doctor) and with other senior & experienced clinicians
* Regular in-clinic professional development, tutorials, case studies, and collaborative workshops
* Professional Development allowance for external CPD worth $1000
* Option for Rural Doctors Network Health Workforce PD scholarships & relocation grants up to $10,000/year

Your Caseload
* Predominantly musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic and sporting injuries
* Some neurological rehabilitation
* Chronic pain treatment
* Falls prevention and preventative health programs
* Group rehabilitation classes
* Occasional pre-employment medical assessments
* Opportunities to design and run specialty programs (e.g. return-to-sport, running assessments, bike-fit, junior sporting development)
* Liaising with GPs, specialists, imaging centers, employers, and insurers

What We're Looking For
* Current or soon-to-be AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist (New grads are encouraged & very welcome to apply)
* Passionate, motivated, and eager to learn
* Strong communicator with excellent rapport-building skills
* Team player who can also work independently
* Organised with good time management skills
* Current Medicare provider number & professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain)
* Australian residency or working rights. (We are not currently seeking to sponsor an overseas applicant)
