Your responsibilities in this role will require you to; 
- Undertake financial processing including transactions and payments, purchase orders and relevant data entry. 
- Welcome visitors into the business and be the first point of contact for all incoming calls. 
- Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries. 
- Build relationships in a collaborative manner with both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities; 
- Highly organised and motivated self-starter. 
- Robust customer service skills. 
- Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and work in a quick-paced environment. 
- Experience with financial processing would be highly regarded.
