Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site Design Manager role located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Design Manager will oversee and manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all project requirements and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include leading a team of designers and engineers, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, troubleshooting design challenges, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires a hands‐on approach to supervise design documentation, feasibility studies, and adherence to relevant standards and regulations.

* Strong skills in Precast Design and Engineering for construction projects
* Proficiency in design tools, such as AutoCAD and related software
