We’re partnering with a long-established and highly respected commercial construction contractor with a strong footprint across South East Queensland. Their work spans building and construction, refurbishment, fit-out, and specialist projects across community, education, industrial and commercial sectors - typically delivering projects up to ~$10M. The Role They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is equally comfortable being hands-on across site delivery. This is a hybrid PM / Site Manager role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end while staying close to site operations. You will be responsible for Managing projects from planning through to completion Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Overseeing site activities, safety, and programme delivery Managing budgets, procurement, and reporting Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders The Projects Community infrastructure (amenities buildings, shelters, public facilities) Education and government projects Industrial builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs Specialist projects including maintenance facilities and commercial upgrades About You Proven experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or in a hybrid capacity Background in commercial construction (ideally within similar project values) Strong ability to manage both site and project delivery functions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, solutions-focused approach Apply now or contact Gabi Staniute on 0401 905 585 or gabi@introrecruitment.com.au for a confidential discussion.
