We are seeking a highly motivated **Customer Service Officer** to join our National Delivery Support Team, as we strive to meet the ever-growing pipeline of work at **Akkodis.**
**As a Customer Service Officer, you will**:
- Provide crucial administrative support and resolve contractor and client issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Shared Services for prompt and effective issue resolution
- Work closely with Recruiters, Shared Services, Account Managers, and Account Directors to ensure smooth on-boarding and continued engagement of the Akkodis workforce
- Collaborate on specific projects and contribute to continuous improvement tasks
- Case Management responsibilities include:_
- Managing payment issues related to contractor salaries, timesheets, and changes to workforce engagement and payroll details
- Managing changes to contractor pay cycles, RCTI/pay advice requests, assignments, billing, and credit
- General tasks will include:_
- Assist with maintaining and organizing files, records, and databases
- Create contracts and work with the local team on extensions
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Be the first point of contact for any inbound calls

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skill
