About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Officer to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support the HR Business Partnering team and play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient and high‑quality HR operations across the organisation.
In this role you will be:
* Managing and responding to HR service desk (ticketing) requests.
* Updating and maintaining HR SharePoint pages and position descriptions.
* Coordinating and supporting HRBP team projects and meetings.
* Providing administrative support in employee relations matters.
* Contributing to policy and process development.
* Supporting HR reporting, data analysis and audit activities.
* Supporting our GM People & Culture with project and administrative assistance, including event planning and diary management.
This role also collaborates across our P&C teams to support compliance, reporting, safety culture, continuous improvement and alignment with our mission and values.
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
* HR qualifications or equivalent experience (or are working towards one).
* Understanding of the Fair Work Act 2009.
* Experience providing HR or employment relations support.
* Strong computer skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Good time‑management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
* Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
