THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a 12-month fixed term contract until the end of December 2026 with a potential for permanency.
As a vital member of our team, the Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting all sales and operational tasks including client support, process and document administration, project coordination and post-installation tasks.

THE ROLE
Working closely with the Operations Sales Manager, the Support Administrator will support our busy office while embodying our core value of Delivering As Promised - helping to consistently enhance customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer service through phone and email interactions.
* Manage warm inbound and outbound calls to support sales activities.
* Perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information using MS Excel.
* Support operational and sales-related projects across the business.
* Ensure project requirements are accurately documented and distributed for client project readiness.
* Review and update product catalogues, specifications, and manuals ensuring adherence to current technical requirements and legislations.
* Post-installation support follow-ups and campaigns.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal documentation, processes and procedures.
* Support CRM system review, updates, and implementation.
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing materials, including brochures and email campaigns.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of business processes and documentation.

THE SKILLS
* 1-2 years' experience in a sales or project-driven position – preferably within the manufacturing or building related sector
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint; CRM systems
