The Role:
As Head Chef, you'll be the driving force behind our kitchen operations—leading a passionate team, crafting seasonal menus, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all kitchen operations, from prep to pass
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff
* Design and execute innovative, seasonal menus with a Modern Australian focus
* Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A passion for fresh, local ingredients and modern pub fare

* Solid understanding of kitchen financials and cost control
