Job Description - Project Administrator (263881)
UGL is currently seeking experienced Project Administrators to join our team, based in Perth, WA, to support a major Oil & Gas project.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Roster: 1-2 Days per week
Point of Hire: Perth, WA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Forecast training needs and requirements
2. Raise purchase orders for training bookings
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure candidate compliance
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines
5. Collect and process weekly timesheets from project staff
6. Update and maintain the training schedule spreadsheet
7. Collaborate with Training Coordinator to provide training updates, address non-compliance, and resolve training issues
8. Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders for training bookings
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Previous experience in a similar Project Admin role
2. Knowledge of compliance needs in the Oil & Gas sector
3. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of timesheet data
4. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online compliance systems (e.g., MyPass)
6. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
