Facilities Management Role

This position oversees the management of buildings, maintenance, environmental services, food and domestic services. Effective leadership is required to lead Hospitality and Engineering Departments for smooth business operations and accurate information provision.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing contract, asset, procurement and purchasing across the organization.

* Lead Hospitality and Engineering Departments for effective business operations and accurate information provision.
* Manage contract, asset, procurement and purchasing across the organization.
* Develop and manage staff resources in Hospitality and Engineering.
* Create procedural statements and guidelines for staff use.
* Provide financial report and budget support.
* Oversee funding applications for infrastructure and equipment grants.
* Lead all capital projects.
