Business Analyst Lead Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our team, drive growth and ensure best practices in a 12-month role.
* Lead analysis for complex initiatives, identifying solutions and ensuring their implementation.
* Liaise with stakeholders to align with strategic goals, grow trusted relationships.
* Encourage networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Business Analyst community.
* Manage people, recruitment, performance, career development and mentoring junior staff in Business Analysis.
* Work closely with Senior Manager Business Analysis on analysis, resource planning, monitoring and estimation.
* Plan and deliver business process, system and change initiatives, managing schedules, tasks, stakeholders and change.
* Lead work packages end-to-end, understanding current and future states, engaging business representatives, producing deliverables and providing input into change and communications planning and delivery.
* Manage requirement traceability across all requirement levels and through project and solution development lifecycles.
* Provide recommendations for improving systems and processes, experimenting and testing options, performing cost-benefit analysis, measuring implementation success and sharing lessons.
* Assist with coordinating dependencies between initiatives, improving analysis quality and efficiency across initiatives in the RAC Project Portfolio.
* Conduct analysis in various business and delivery contexts, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Technology/Commerce/Business desirable.
* Certification or qualification in Business Analysis (IIBA CCBA/CBAP or BCS BA Certifications preferred).
* Extensive experience in successful delivery of complex business-led change and transformation initiatives.
* Extensive experience applying business analysis techniques in different business contexts.
* Management and/or leadership experience in a large customer-focused organisation in similar roles.
* An understanding of operations, sales and/or insurance environments highly desirable.
