About the Role
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability, mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications and substantial experience with CMMS (SAP, Pronto) producing high-quality reports and presentations.
* Recent exposure to significant improvements in asset management, maintenance, and reliability performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide framework support including Defect Elimination, Failure Modes Effects and Critical Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM).
* Proven experience identifying initiatives to improve reliability, reduce costs, and improve culture.
* Developing and documenting improved Asset Management systems and business processes.
* Conducting investigations and analysis of data collected to assess equipment condition.
* Project management experience assessing current equipment health, configuration, and operational settings, condition monitoring tactics, verifying asset protections and critical spares.
* Improving Management, Maintenance Management and Reliability Engineering processes and practices to improve operational performance.
* Providing technical support and guidance to site teams.
* Promoting safety and environmental awareness in the workplace.
