Position Overview
The
Brand & Content Marketing Specialist
is the custodian of Ethnolink's brand and will lead our marketing and content initiatives to strengthen engagement with clients and prospective clients across Australia.
This role is responsible for developing and executing engaging content across multiple channels — including social media, email marketing, the corporate website, and webinars — while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
You'll produce content that strengthens our brand, engages our national client network, and supports lead generation for our sales and account management team.
Success in the role calls for strong hands-on implementation, strategic thinking, and attention to detail, ensuring Ethnolink's marketing reflects its position as Australia's leading multicultural communications agency.

Responsibilities
Primary
* Develop content for Ethnolink's
social channels
— primarily LinkedIn and Instagram — including concept development, copywriting, and creative coordination with our in-house design team.
* Create, schedule, and manage
email marketing campaigns
— including Ethnolink's monthly newsletter — covering segmentation, copywriting, design, deployment, and performance tracking.
* Maintain and optimise
website content
, ensuring accuracy, engagement, SEO alignment, and strong conversion pathways.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute
webinars
aligned with strategic marketing goals and lead generation targets.
* Produce high-quality
written content
such as blogs, case studies, and press releases that strengthen Ethnolink's thought leadership.
Secondary
* Manage CRM data to maintain accurate segmentation and support targeted campaigns.
* Collaborate with freelance creatives to deliver campaign assets on time, on brand, and to the required standard.
* Track and report on marketing performance, applying insights to refine future activity.
* Uphold brand consistency across all channels and content.
* Support broader marketing and business development activities, including campaign planning and scheduling.
* Stay across emerging marketing trends and recommend relevant innovations.
* Identify ways to streamline marketing workflows and improve efficiency.
* Coordinate internal reviews and approvals for key deliverables.
* Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities across projects.
* Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, proactively managing priorities and deliverables without requiring extensive supervision.
* Support client engagements when required, operating as the marketing specialist to contribute insights, content expertise, and campaign input.
Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing (e.g. Bachelor of Business/Commerce with a Marketing major, or a Master's in Marketing).
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a hands-on B2B marketing, brand, or content role.
* Proven experience producing on-brand marketing communications for government and not-for-profit audiences, ideally within an agency environment.
* Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.

* Advanced writing and editing skills, with experience producing content for digital platforms and professional audiences.
* Strong proficiency in social media management and growth strategies, particularly for LinkedIn.
