Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* A Medium Rigid Licence or higher is essential for drivers; desirable for guides. Heavy Vehicle and off-road driving experience is also required.
* Commercial Passenger Endorsement is essential for drivers; desirable for guides.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
* A Food Handling Certificate is necessary.
* Required Guiding Accreditations for specific locations must be obtained.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills and high presentation standards are expected.
* Problem-solving abilities ensuring an exceptional guest experience are crucial.
