Personal Assistant Job Description
This role provides administrative support to the team, focusing on diary management, agenda and minute taking, event organisation, reporting, and being the first point of contact for unit enquiries.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the wider unit, including rostering into Kronos, supporting roles with set-up for onboarding new staff and completing leave approvals as directed. This role is a key stakeholder for the entire service, as well as the wider program.
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team, who possesses excellent communication and organisational skills, and can work collaboratively within the team.
Job Requirements
* Post-School Certificate in Secretarial Studies or Equivalent
* Experience as Personal Assistant or in Secretarial Duties
* Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite
* Ability to Work with Various Stakeholders, Internal and External
* Interest in Health and Willingness to Learn Medical Terminology
Desirable Qualifications
* Diploma in Secretarial Skills or Business Administration
* Some Experience at Senior Secretarial Level
