Mobilisation Officer
8/6 Roster - Based in Henderson
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with lots of things to juggle? Do you pride yourself on being super organised and a great communicator? Well, we've got a fantastic opportunity for you as a Mobilisation Officer located at our Henderson depot. You will be working on a 8/6 swing (8am - 6pm), Thursday to Thursday, followed by 6 days off. This will be a shared role, with a counterpart working on an alternate 8/6 roster with a day overlap.
This role involves coordinating and mobilising our field staff to various sites in Western Australia. It's a busy job that requires great attention to detail, top-notch communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key responsibilities:
* Mobilisation of personnel for shutdown and project works;
* Review of employee qualifications and ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel mobilising to site;
* Co-ordination and booking of flights, travel and accommodation;
* Organise inductions, Police clearances, medicals and ongoing comnpliances;
* Support to ad-hoc works as required; and
* Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum of one year experience in mobilisation role;
* Have a dynamic personality and a positive attitude;
* Strong time management and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
* The ability to find solutions under pressure with a sense of urgency and responsibility;
* Excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks;
* The ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team;
* Demonstrated proficiency in establishing and managing internal and external relationships;
* Experience with INX, workflow will be highly advantageous;
* Crane industry knowledge preferable.
