Barista responsibilities

As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard-working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment. You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.
The positions are casual offering 20-25 hours per week, seven-day flexibility is required including weekends, early morning opens and late-night closes.
Previous barista experience preferred but not necessary.
