You will have opportunities to attend internal professional development, following probation with access to a generous external professional development budget relevant to your caseload and personal development goals so that you continue to expand your skills and learning. In addition to this, you are given 10 days paid professional development per year.

Key Responsibilities
">
* Provide timely and evidence-based intervention to people across the lifespan.
* Manage your caseload to deliver therapy interventions in various locations; clinics, schools/preschools, in-home, group homes, via telehealth or at day programs.
Skills and Qualifications
">
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* Registration with SPA.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage a caseload in an efficient and effective manner.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region.
* Blue Card & NDIS worker check.
* Current first aid and CPR certification.
