This role offers a unique opportunity to enter the construction recruitment space with the support of experienced Senior Consultants and an established client base.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Partner with key clients to support on-site talent needs by understanding their specific requirements and providing tailored solutions.
 * Network and source quality candidates through effective relationship-building and market insight.
 * Execute candidate attraction strategies for priority roles by leveraging creative solutions and innovative approaches.
 * Conduct video interviews and present 'decision-ready' candidates to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
 * Manage contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM) by efficiently processing and tracking data.
 * Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) with lead generation and market insights, driving business growth.
