* Looking For: IT Support Technician - Level 2 position (Part-Time) (Canberra Dickson ACT)

The successful candidate will enjoy performing the following tasks on a daily basis:
* Remote and onsite user support and assistance;
* Daily systems maintenance and performance checks;
* Backup checks and remediation;
* Desktop device installation, configuration and support;
* Liaison with 3rd party vendors; and Travelling to client sites to provide technical assistance.
In addition:
* You must be an Australian Citizen
* You must hold a valid Australian driver's license;
* Have unrestricted access to your own vehicle; and
* Some weekend and after hours work maybe required.

Qualifications
Skills and experience: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
* Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support role;
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and
* Active Directory; Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* A strong customer focused approach;
* A strong work ethic; A great team player; and
* A positive "can do" attitude.
* Diploma or higher level study in ICT recommended.
