Business Development Professional
As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and developing strong relationships with them. This will involve proactively understanding their business needs and providing suitable solutions to support their growth.
You will work closely with Relationship Managers to build trusted relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise owners. Your goal will be to drive growth through acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals.

About the Role
The successful candidate will ideally bring prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively assist customers. Attention to detail is also crucial when reviewing agreements and contracts.
The ideal candidate will be able to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors. They should also be able to manage multiple tasks and keep track of customer documentation, banking transactions, and internal communications.
