Reporting to the NT Operations Manager and Client Maintenance Superintendent, the role of the
Mechanical Campaign Planner (Offshore)
will be to provide support to ensure that the clients work management process is adhered to and to deliver accurate and executable offshore maintenance plans and reports that keep our clients' assets at optimal reliability and availability.
Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Develop and maintain the integrated offshore maintenance schedule, ensuring alignment with scope, resources, materials, production plans and timelines.
Work closely with offshore teams, engineering, supply chain and site supervisors to ensure readiness and support planning needs.
Create and manage work packs, job cards and schedules in the CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo), and provide progress reports, forecasts and performance updates.
Monitor and track progress against the plan, resolve planning issues, and actively update the schedule with input from stakeholders.
Support shutdown planning, procurement of spare parts, continuous improvement activities and monthly reporting.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Ideally 5 years of relevant planning experience within Oil & Gas Planning/Offshore environments.
3+ years' experience with a mechanical trade or engineering background and site exposure.
Strong understanding of maintenance strategies (RCM, TPM, PM).
Project Management experience an advantage.
Knowledge of oil and gas equipment and systems (e.g., pumps, compressors, valves, instrumentation) and their requirements with respect to shutdowns and restarts.
