* Key Responsibilities:
* Reception - Ensuring a seamless check-in experience for guests while maintaining accurate records of accounts and documentation.
* Guest Activities - Creating, promoting and planning engaging activities and events to keep our guests entertained and informed.
* Housekeeping - Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our property and guest rooms.
* Food & Beverage - Preparing and serving food and beverages, including coffee making and barista duties, while upholding exceptional hygiene and compliance standards.
* Health & Safety - Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to ensure the safety of self and others.
About You
We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who can provide a fun and engaging service to our guests.
Ideal candidates will have experience as a Duty Manager, Waiter/Waitress, Events Coordinator or similar role in an accommodation environment.
