Senior IT Support Specialist

As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will provide advanced technical support to clients, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and managing technology infrastructure. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior technicians, acting as an escalation point, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
* Troubleshoot complex IT issues and manage technology infrastructure
* Mentor junior technicians and act as an escalation point
* Ensure high-quality service delivery and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an MSP environment
* Advanced Server and Network knowledge in Cloud (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure
* Solid experience providing exceptional technical support in a client-facing environment
* Microsoft and Networking Certifications required
