What we're looking for:
* Automotive experience – A experienced Sales Manager, or Assistant Sales Manager looking to take the next step. Must have a proven track record of strong performance within the industry.
* Customer satisfaction – Willing to put the customer first on all occasions, ensuring our Mazda values of enriching lives through uplifting experiences is provided with each encounter.
* Leadership skills –Ability to lead others, communicate effectively, and ensure a positive environment for your team.
* Growth – Someone who is driven to go over and above, is focused on growing the business, and has future aspirations to develop their own legacy within our Group.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Lead, manage and motivate our new vehicle sales team through coaching, training, mentoring
* Uphold our Mazda mindset and customer experience standards
* Drive the departments performance through all profit-making opportunities
* Create and implement strategies to grow the department
* Ensure the dealership culture and standards are upheld
* Effectively manage stock, sales, and deliveries
